How ordering with Umami works:

A quick guide to ordering and delivery.

  1. Join your area WhatsApp group — Whatsapp us your delivery area and we’ll add you. Only important order and delivery updates are shared.

  2. Available delivery dates for your area will show at checkout.
  3. Create an account or log in and place your order. If something shows out of stock, send us a WhatsApp or add a Additional note at checkout.
  4. After you order, we send a quote to confirm your order before processing.
  5. Once packed and weighed, we send your final invoice with banking details and the correct payable amount.
  6. Not in a listed area? Select other as a collection method and add your location in the checkout additional notes — and we will be in contact.
